Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of App (“we”, “our”, or “the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

App is a video utility app that allows users to compress videos, trim videos, resize videos, merge videos, convert videos to MP4, change video resolution, create GIFs, preview files, save outputs, and share exported media.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content

You are responsible for any videos, photos, files, or media that you import, edit, process, save, or share through the App.

We do not claim ownership of your videos or exported files. You retain all rights to your content.

You agree that you will not use the App to edit, create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, copyrighted without permission, or violates the rights of others.

3. Local Processing

The App is designed to process selected media directly on your device whenever possible. You are responsible for managing your device storage, exported files, and any media you choose to save or share.

Temporary files may be created during processing. These files are used only to complete app features and may be replaced, removed, or managed by the device system.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Premium access may include unlimited use of selected features, batch processing, advanced exports, or other Pro features shown inside the App.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not control Apple’s billing system and do not store your payment details.

Subscription pricing, duration, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase inside the App Store purchase screen.

5. Free Usage and Premium Access

The App may allow limited free access to certain features. After the free usage limit is reached, premium access may be required to continue using those features.

Free limits, premium features, and available plans may change from time to time.

6. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to Apple’s App Store rules.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We do not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.

8. App Availability

We aim to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, file type, video format, or iOS version.

Some features may depend on device performance, file size, video format, available storage, system permissions, or Apple services.

9. Permissions

The App may request access to Photos, Files, or other device features only when required for app functionality. You can allow or deny permissions from your device settings.

If required permissions are denied, some features may not work properly.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes

• Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of third parties

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or misuse the App

• Use the App to create or distribute harmful, abusive, or unlawful content

• Interfere with the App’s functionality, security, or services

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, interface, features, branding, icons, graphics, code, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without permission.

12. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties that the App will meet your specific requirements or that processed videos will always produce the exact expected result.

You should review all exported files before sharing or using them.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of files, failed exports, storage issues, device performance issues, subscription issues, or misuse of exported content.

14. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on Apple services such as App Store purchases, StoreKit, Photos access, Files access, and iOS sharing features. Use of these services is subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party apps, platforms, or services you use to share or store exported files.

15. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, remove, or add features at any time. We may also update pricing, premium access, free usage limits, or subscription options.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
